Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before accessing, using, or obtaining any services, or information from us. These Terms constitute an agreement between you, as a user of vueloexpress.com (“you” or “User”), and govern your use of our website at www.vueloexpress.com (the “Site”), as well as any reservation or booking services and our Customer Call Center (collectively, the “Services”). These Services are accessible through the Site, our Contact numbers, or any website(s) or mobile application(s) linked to the same. These Terms also incorporate the vueloexpress.com Privacy Policy, along with any other applicable terms and conditions related to our product, features, promotions, functionalities, and customer service.

Prices and Payment Methods

The total price of your booking, including service fees, will be displayed before you enter into any contract or assume any payment obligation. Service fees are non-refundable as they cover the brokerage services provided. Service fees may vary based on the products or services included, the channel used, and other factors. Payments may appear as separate transactions if some airlines charge directly.

Non-Refundable Brokerage Service

Once the purchase is confirmed, the brokerage service provided by vueloexpress.com is considered fully executed, and you will not be entitled to use your right of withdrawal.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping and delivery not applicable. We do not ship or deliver any physical products.

Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation

  • Vuelo Express believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of ticket booking.
  • Customers may request to cancel or change their tickets/ products subject to the travel provider/airline's cancellation policy.
  • Cancellation requests can be made through our website, by phone, or via email.
  • Any applicable cancellation fees imposed by the travel provider/airline will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refund

In case of any Refunds approved by the Vuelo Express, it’ll take 7-15 working days for the refund to be processed to the end customer. If eligible, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the request. The ability to cancel or change a travel product or service depends on the terms and conditions of the travel provider. Low-cost fares often do not allow changes or cancellations. We can help determine if your fare allows changes or cancellations and can manage your request to the travel provider for a service fee of fifty U.S. dollars ($50) per person per canceled or changed route. This fee does not include the amounts charged by your travel supplier. Contact us through our Help Center to request a cancellation or change.

Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights

Content Ownership

All content on the platform, including trademarks, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio files, and software, is the property of vueloexpress.com or its content providers and is protected by national and international intellectual property laws. The compilation of all platform content is the exclusive property of vueloexpress.com.

Prohibited Use of Content

Reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, subsequent publication, exhibition, and/or performance of platform content, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without express consent from vueloexpress.com and/or its suppliers.

vueloexpress.com and other product, service, graphic, and logo names of vueloexpress.com are internationally registered trademarks. Names of other products, services, and companies mentioned may be registered trademarks of their respective owners.

No purchase is required to opt into this service, and you can opt out at any time by following the instructions in our messages. Note that not all mobile devices may support this service. VueloExpress.com and mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Standard message and data rates may apply, and the frequency of messages depends on your requests. You agree to cover all costs and fees from your service or device provider for receiving such messages.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Venue

These Terms are governed by Florida law, except as preempted by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA). Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and exclusive venue in the federal and state courts located in Orange County, Florida, for any disputes, except where preempted by the FAA.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any third-party claims or demands, including legal fees, arising from your use of VueloExpress.com, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, fire, nuclear incidents, terrorist acts, riots, wars, labor disputes, government actions, equipment breakdowns, network or system failures, internet disruptions, or pandemics. We are not responsible for any additional expenses, delays, or actions by government authorities resulting from such events. We also are not liable for any third-party provider's or booking partner's breach of any conditions or warranties, nor for any other wrongdoing by them regarding products or services available through the Site. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site.

VueloExpress.com may link to third-party websites or services to facilitate our Services. These links are provided for convenience, and we do not control these third-party sites or services. Use them at your own risk.

Language Translation

The Site and Terms of Service may be available in multiple languages, but the original English version prevails in case of any conflict between versions.

Severability and Waiver
